In this activity, students will analyze proportional relationships and use them to solve real-world problems.
Students will conduct an economic feasibility study to compare production of copper at a mine site to determine if the deposits will be profitable at a particular copper selling price. They will also identify items made of copper and manufacturers that use copper in their products.
