What is the AZAMC?
The Arizona Advanced Manufacturing Coalition (AZAMC) is a collective of Arizona organizations dedicated to helping raise awareness about careers and businesses in advanced manufacturing. The coalition works to develop pathways to advanced manufacturing careers and connect the ecosystem of associates involved in this sector around the state. All the AZAMC partners strive to enhance workforce development in Arizona.
Our Goals
Create a diverse pipeline of tomorrow’s Arizona advanced manufacturing professionals
Foster communication and collaboration within the advanced manufacturing community
Enrich school STEM culture and career awareness
Raise public awareness of STEM career pathways in advanced manufacturing
Classroom Visits
Since April 2021, the Arizona Advanced Manufacturing Coalition has visited over 25 classrooms both virtually and in-person, reaching over 640 Arizona students from kindergarten through college.
From introductory lessons about what it means to manufacture a product to deep-dives into career and training opportunities in Arizona, classroom visits are packed full of STEM learning and hands-on activities for all ages.

Manufacturing Month
In October 2021, the AZAMC hosted a series of events to celebrate Arizona manufacturers and share educational and career resources with students around the state.
