⭐Arizona Game and Fish Department: Celebrating Arizona - Wildlife through Historical Journals

In this webinar, we will be looking at the wildlife as seen through the eyes and journals or Arizona's earliest explorers. We will share resources to access these journals and take a look at classroom-friendly activities that use journals and nature writing to engage student learning.

⭐Gilbert Rotary Centennial Observatory: Astronomy Observation

Come view the stars during the Arizona SciTech Festival! Fun for the whole family, located at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve. Weekly, Fridays and Saturdays, weather permitting.

More than 30,000 spectators made the 2025 Buckeye Air Fair a huge success. The 2026 Air Fair will feature the same excitement as the past years, plus more: an airshow, vintage and military aircraft, action-packed demonstrations, Aviation Academy exhibitions and so much more.

Do you ever wonder what determines intelligence? How male and female brains differ? Why we need sleep? The annual Arizona Regional Brain Bee competition tests your knowledge of the brain against other high school students.

This free event offers unique opportunities for attendees to explore the discoveries of science engineered in their own backyard and taught in Chandler Unified schools. Chandler uses 'sneaky science' by entertaining the whole family while explaining how science is important to daily life.

Midwestern University (MWU) invites high school students to join MWU faculty & students for a hands-on program in the professions of medicine and other healthcare career opportunities. This interactive program offers medical lab activities and presentations that cover many healthcare professions.

This free, fun-filled, educational event features interactive science, technology, engineering, art, and math exhibits and demonstrations. Show up to Embry‑Riddle’s Prescott Campus during the time of the festival and enjoy the hands-on activities and demonstrations.

⭐Arizona Game and Fish Department: Citizen Science Case Study - Bats in Arizona

In this webinar, Angie McIntire, the Department's bat biologist, will be joining us to discuss a recent project in which volunteer observations were used to identify a new bat species in the state. Then, our educators will briefly highlight related resources you can bring back to your students. Participants will also receive a professional development certificate.

In this webinar, Jeff Sorensen, the Department's invertebrates program manager, will be joining us to discuss the Land Snails of Arizona project which recruits the help of hikers and other outdoor recreationists to submit snail observations. Then, our educators will briefly highlight related resources you can bring back to your students. Participants will also receive a professional development certificate.
