Pima County Public Library: Meditation Practice for Mindful Living
The objective of mindful living is to develop a non-judgmental present moment awareness. Being present in the here-and-now is a learnable skill that enhances our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each week, a talk on an aspect of mindfulness will be shared, followed by a silent meditation practice, and end with questions and comments from participants.
New time and format: 6-week 60-minute sessions, March 4th – April 8th 4:30-5:30 pm
