Maricopa County Library District: Mindful Meditation and Mindful Movement
Join us to experience mindful meditation and movement. Mindful meditation teaches you how to be present in the present moment and notice what arises. Mindful movement can deepen your awareness of the mind-body connection. The first 30 minutes will be mindful meditation and the last 30 minutes will be mindful movement. Chairs will be provided but bring a mat or cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
