Yavapai County Free Library District: STEM Kits for Kids – Telescopes and the Sun
Learn about the special tools that scientists use to carefully and safely observe the “star” of our solar system…the Sun! Then, take home a STEM kit with supplies and instructions to make your very own telescope that actually works! STEM Kits for Kids is geared for children in grades K-2. No registration required.
This summer, Prescott Public Library and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s STEM Outreach are partnering to provide school age children with an opportunity to learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with hands-on demonstrations and take-home STEM kits.
