Town of Gilbert: Wednesday Riparian Field Class – The World of Water (#31278)
The Field Class Series will explore scientific topics through engaging activities set in the Riparian Preserve. Classes will take place on the third Wednesday of each month January – April.
Water is the most essential element for life on earth. In this class, explore the properties of water, learn about water in the Southwest and how Gilbert works to store water for our future at the Riparian Preserve. Participants will play games and make a crafts that remind us all to treat water like the precious resource that it is!
All classes will take place outdoors. Please bring water, wear a hat, close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather. Parents are welcome to attend, but not required. Materials will only be provided for registered participants.
