Cooking Matters provides resources to help parents and caregivers develop their skills when shopping for and cooking healthy foods on a budget. Topics include whole grains, fruits and vegetables, hydration, and  calcium-rich foods.

Participants will take away handouts, 2-ounce food samples, and information to inspire families to make healthy, affordable food choices.
