Pima County Natural Resources Parks and Recreation: Birding Maeveen Behan Desert Sanctuary [#13327]

The beautiful cactus forest of this sanctuary offers birders the opportunity to see a wide range of desert inhabitants, like Gambel’s Quail, Greater Roadrunner, and Gilded Flicker. All ages welcome.

Please remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water; wearing a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
