Phoenix Zoo: Girl Scouts Night Camp – Junior Habitats

Explore animal habitats around the world from right here at the Zoo! Observe animals’ natural behaviors, learn how the Zoo cares for them, and how YOU can make a difference.
Sleeping Area: Desert Tents
- Permanent concrete-floored canvas tents with ceiling fans
- Sleeps up to 60 campers in four separate tents
- The space will be shared with other troops
- Includes centralized outdoor fire pit (weather permitting)
All Girl Scout Camps include a pizza dinner, healthy snack, and a souvenir water bottle. Overnight camps also include continental breakfast and admission to the Zoo the next day. During your program, you’ll enjoy guided trail hikes, ambassador animal encounters, and specific badge work activities/games alongside other troops.
