Glendale Public Library: Kids STEAM Club @ FBL – Flower Science
Join us once a month for a STEAM themed read-aloud and activity! Together, we will read a picture book with a STEAM focus and then make real-life connections through fun hands-on crafts and experiments. Projects include paper airplane competitions, inventing a creature, painting with magnets, slime making, and more!
Geared at ages 5-8.
How do flowers grow? What are the different parts of flowers? Why are flowers important for our environment? Learn all about the science of flowers with a special read-aloud and a flower themed craft.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
