Glendale Public Library: Food & Nutrition for Teens, Part 1

This fall earn your Certificate in Nutrition from the University of Arizona!*

This is a 3-part course in partnership with the American Heart Association designed to give you the tools to live your healthiest life from adolescence into adulthood.

Learn how to balance the right carbs, fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals to boost your immune system and your energy levels for good.

The course instructor is Khandle Hedrick, an Instructional Specialist in Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program from The University of Arizona.

* To gain a Certificate you have to attend all three parts of the course!

This program is for 12-18 year olds.
