Join skilled storytellers for a cup of coffee and candid conversation that entertains, educates, and encourages a sense of wonder about science and the natural world around us. The monthly speaker series hosts guest lecturers from the Chandler Nature Center, with coffee and refreshments provided.
Explore the history of the Apache Trout, from their exploitation in the late 19th century to the amazing story of perseverance and foresight that led to their recent delisting from the endangered species list. Alec Young of Trout Unlimited and the Arizona Game and Fish Department invite you to learn more about the incredible fish that continues to defy all odds.
