A Nationally Certified Nutrition course offered through the University of Arizona that comes with weekly recipes and kitchenware giveaways! We cover nutrition essentials such as My Plate, key nutrients: calories, fats, and protein, food safety, and osteoporosis prevention. Class participants will graduate from the course with a Certificate from the University of Arizona.
