National Park Service: The Desert as a Provider (West District)
Join an interpretive volunteer outside near the restrooms for a short walk around the Red Hills Visitor Center to learn about several plants that grow here in the Sonoran Desert and some ways they have been used traditionally by indigenous people in the area as food and medicines.
