A one-night class is for families who want additional practice with breathing and relaxation, or are expecting another baby and need a brush up on preparing for childbirth. This class explores extensive coping, breathing and relaxation techniques for labor, including breathing patterns, massage, visualization, labor aids and coaching skills.
