Town of Gilbert: Cosmic Cycles and Well-Being – The Full Moon (#35064)

February 24, 2024 @ 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

$50

Are you interested in exploring how cosmic cycles affect our energies and well-being and discovering ways in which we can bring ourselves into harmony with the energy of the universe? As we focus on the February full moon, we will be connecting with nature at the beautiful Riparian Preserve. Our full moon celebration will focus on the energies of gratitude, releasing, and renewal (intention-setting). Participants will be guided through sensory awareness, gentle movement, and reflective nature connection activities which will nurture and support the energies associated with the moon cycle. We will close our time together by enjoying some warm and healthful Moon Milk while taking in the beauty of the full moon. Participants will make their own Moon Milk mixes (recipe included) to take home to enjoy anytime!
