Pima County Public Library: Teen Mental Health Talk

Hey Teens!  Are you feeling like life is a bit much right now? Are you working through some tough issues or feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed? Feeling pretty good about things but want to help out a friend or just want more information about general mental health strategies?

Come attend a free presentation provided by the Pima County Department of Health to learn about mental health.  We’ll learn and talk about self-care, healthy communication, emotional intelligence, and fostering healthy relationships and friendships.  You’ll also receive information on where to get help and other resources.

This is free to the public, intended for teens and youth ages 13+.
