Pima County Conservation Lands and Resources: Nature Therapy – Agua Caliente Park
November 18 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am
Free
Nature Therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing”, is a mindful practice of connecting with nature through all of our senses.
By slowing down and becoming fully present we shift our focus from “getting there” to simply “being here”, allowing us to deepen our connection with the natural world around us. Research suggests that nature therapy can help reduce stress and alleviate anxiety, while promoting an overall sense of well-being.
