Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Quiet Walk

Would you like a break from noise and stress and a new way to enjoy nature? The Quiet process can help. It blends nine techniques or influences that research indicates have a calming or uplifting effect. This program explores the 0.7-mile Little Leaf trail and features quiet connections with nature. Restrooms are available in the Visitor Center. For maximum comfort, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring water. No pets.
