This class focuses on expectant parents planning for a less medicated birth.

In addition to the basic elements of the “Preparation for Childbirth” class, this class provides specific comfort and coaching techniques for each stage of labor. Breathing, visualization, relaxation and other resources are emphasized and practiced to empower expectant moms and give them confidence as they prepare for labor, delivery and after the birth.
