Phoenix Public Library: STEAM Saturday for Families – Hurricane Proof Houses

What are Hurricanes? Join us at the Saguaro Library and learn the science behind these natural events.  Design and build hurricane-proof houses and test your designs to see how they stand up to water and strong wind.

Families are encouraged to participate in making and creating at Saguaro. Guided activities will include science, technology, engineering, arts, or mathematics concepts. Join the family STEAM event every first & third Saturday of the month. Let’s create!
