Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Morning Fitness Hike

Get your blood pumping on a quick paced hike with Ranger Derik to take in beautiful views of the Sonoran Desert and Phoenix valley.
Enoy a 3.7 miles loop made up of the Jasper, Slate and Go John trails and is rated as moderate. Expect some steeper trail and rocky sections on this hike and if balance is an issue for you, I would recommend hiking poles. Please bring at least 2-3 liters of water for the hike as well as sunscreen and a hat. Water and a bathroom can be found at the trailhead.
