Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Junior Ranger Hike
Come out to White Tank on National Junior Ranger Day to earn your Maricopa County Junior Ranger Badge. This hike will consist of completing our Junior Ranger guidebook along one of our trails with a Ranger and then taking the Junior Ranger pledge to earn your badge. We will be hiking an easy 2 miles out and back with breaks along the way to learn about the desert around us along the Mule Deer trail! There are restrooms and water inside the Nature Center, where we will be meeting, but be sure to bring plenty of water with you.
