Glendale Public Library: Create Plant Tags for Your Garden

Choose up to six seed packets from the Glendale Library’s seed program.Seeds are sourced from Native Seeds/SEARCH and provided by the Glendale Water Services Department – Conservation & Sustainable Living Division.

You will have a choice of two different styles of clay plant markers. Once you have created your markers Master Gardener Anne Stahley from the Glendale Water Conservation Department will discuss gardening in the Arizona climate and give hints from growing your seeds.

This is a STEAM program featuring botany and water conservation technology.

Advanced registration is required. Registration opens on March 16,  2024.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.

This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
