Join us for a fun and calming storytime. We will read a dino-themed story, then bring the dinosaurs to life with gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises. We will stretch tall like a Brachiosaurus, balance like a Pterodactyl, and practice dinosaur breathing to calm our bodies and minds. Ages 0 - 8
