What is a healthy diet? Together, let’s explore the work of Dr. Weston A. Price who researched and recorded groups of people from around the globe, from Alaska to Australia, living in a traditional way, eating their traditional diets, and enjoying robust health! Over the next year, we will meet for an hour to learn the 11 beneficial principles of traditional diets and how to put this to use today to support your best health!
