In partnership with the University of Arizona’s Cooperative Extension’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and the United States Department of Agriculture, Today’s Mom is an 8-session nutrition education series that was designed specifically for expectant mothers! The program provides practical, engaging information to help participants make healthy choices for themselves and their growing babies.
The program is free to attend, but registration is required.
