Pima County Public Library: Nourish and Flourish – MyPlate for My Family

Participants will learn how to thrive as a family while meeting other parents who are making healthy changes in their lives. Find new ways to save money and time when buying food and making meals. Be inspired as you learn ways to be more active. During the classes, participants learn tips to:

• August 13^th: Fix MyPlate family meals to stretch your food dollar

• September 3^rd: Get the right amount of food and physical activity

• October 1^st: Serve fruits and vegetables that kids will enjoy

• November 12^th: Make family time active and fun

Nourish & Flourish: A Community Nutrition Program is a collaboration between the Pima County Public Library and AZ Health Zone (University of Arizona Cooperative Extension-Nutritional Sciences)
