Stress is inevitable, but we have simple daily tools that balance our nervous system so when stress is all around you it won’t frazzle your nerves the way it used to. Dr. Porter will teach you breathing exercises, easy body movements & other daily routines so that your nervous system can be at its best & you can truly smile with ease.
