Pima County Public Library: Dementia Prevention

In this one-hour workshop, you will learn about dementia prevention tips.
This class will be facilitated by Valley Assistance Services, an organization that also tables at the Sahuarita Library on Thursdays (9 am – 12 pm) to help with:
· Rental, mortgage and utilities assistance.
· Benefits such as AHCCCS and SNAP.
· Workforce, local resources and senior programs, such as SHIM, transportation and support groups.
Valley Assistance Services provides support to individuals in the region with social services and community health.
