Phoenix Public Library: Matter of Balance – Managing Concerns about Falls

Agave Library in collaboration with Area Agency on Aging is offering A Matter of Balance, a series of eight classes specifically designed to reduce the fear of falling
and improve activity levels of older adults.

Trained coaches use practical coping strategies such as group discussions, problem solving and exercises to improve strength, coordination and balance. This eight-week class includes Workbook and Elder Resource Guide. Registration required.
