Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary: Junior Snake Day Camp

Snake Day camp will focus on the five main snake families: colubridae, boidae, pythonidae, elapidae, and viperidae.
Snake camp will use a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) oriented curriculum to do activities like crafts, games, animal interactions, and more all related to our slithering friends! Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we only handle proven education animals and our counselors have received advanced training on all of these animals. If you love snakes and want to learn more about them, this is the camp for you!
Ages: Junior, Ages 8 – 11
Cost: $75 per day for Junior
Your registration for day camp includes:
- 2 snacks per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) & water
- a day (9am-4pm) full of exciting reptile crafts, activities, and interactions
Interactions: YES with nonvenomous animals, this is an essential part of our camp
