Maricopa County Library District: Plant-Based Cooking Demonstration

Join us for a plant-based cooking demonstration led by certified plant-based health coach and physician, Dr. Heather Gosnell.

This event will showcase simple and nutritious plant-based recipes that can be easily prepared at home. Attendees will learn about plant-based ingredients, cooking techniques, and the health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Recipes will be provided for participants to take home. This event is suitable for anyone interested in plant-based cooking, regardless of their current dietary habits or cooking experience. Please be advised: some recipes may contain nuts or soy.
