Green Living Magazine: Health Wellness & Sustainability Event

Immersive movement, mindful mocktails, and environmental workshops reveal how personal and environmental health are deeply connected.

Join Us at the Health, Wellness & Sustainability Event!

Be welcomed into a thoughtfully paced experience designed to encourage presence and create a cohesive journey connecting personal wellness with the environmental systems that sustain collective health.

Earthing Slow Flow
Begin your day with an earthing, slow-flow movement session on lush, natural grass to encourage presence and calm the nervous system. All levels welcome.

Mindful Mocktails
This instructor-led workshop guides participants through the preparation of intentional, non-alcoholic herbal elixirs using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Each guest will craft their own mocktail to enjoy.

Environmental Medicine Clinic
This interactive clinic offers reflective conversations that highlight how daily environments—air, water, green space, and surrounding materials directly influence stress, resilience, and overall well-being.

Healthy Forest Education
Learn how SRP is leading healthy forest initiatives to support environmental stability and thriving communities.

++ FOOD & DRINK VENDORS, along with many other vendors!

Together, these experiences create a cohesive journey that connects personal wellness practices with the broader environmental systems that sustain both individual and collective health.
