Glendale Public Library: Period Prep – A Guide to Puberty and Menstruation

Teens, tweens, and their parents/guardians are invited to join us for an informative session on puberty and menstruation.

Led by experienced trainers from Touchstone Health Services, this program provides a supportive environment to learn about the physical and emotional changes during puberty, menstrual health, and more. Come with questions and gain valuable knowledge to navigate these important milestones together.
