Join Dignity Health trained leaders for this workshop on Chronic Pain. This is a 6 week series of classes is designed to help you learn valuable self-management skills. You will be given the tools you need to improve your health and quality of life. Some of the items to be covered are how to safely move and exercise your way to reduced pain, increase your energy level and much more!
Class Sessions: Fridays, February 23 through March 29. Sessions are: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
