Walk with Ease is a 6-week community-based physical activity and self-management education program offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 12:30-1:30pm from October 14th through November 20th.

The Walk with Ease program builds from one week to the next, and while walking is the central activity, the program also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies. The program includes a guidebook and a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health.

Meet at Sunset Library but plan to also walk at Sunset Park!

Registration required. Signing up for the first session will register you for all sessions.

Note: Program will not meet November 11th as the library is closed in honor of Veterans Day.

This program in partnership with the Area Agency on Aging and is formulated for adults aged 60 and older.
