Learn how to ferment vegetables straight from the garden! We will provide two 16 oz mason jars, cabbage plus vegetables, and materials to make. We’ll harvest, take you through the process of making sauerkraut and kimchi, and send you home with some delicious fermenting snacks!
You will make (and take home) one jar of sauerkraut and one jar of kimchi
