Improve your memory, increase your concentration, reduce stress/anxiety. Integration is the key to well-being. BAVX can help integrate the many domains of our bodies system. Racquet balls are bounced in rhythmic patterns to help increase balance and cognitive functioning. The rhythmic patterns using a specific technique, helps integrate body and brain connections to build new neuropathways. This is a beginning participatory class (not discussion or lecture). * REQUIRED: participants must be able to stand and move (without assistance) for most of the class period. Racquet balls will be provided.
