Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This program is being conducted at the Multi-Generational Center by A.T. Still University as a public service.
Ages 55+
The schedule for the fall session is: 9/6/24, 9/13/24, 9/20/24, 10/4/24, 10/11/24, 10/18/24, 10/25/24, and 11/1/24. (No class 9/27/24) –
