City of Tempe: ALED-Active Living Every Day [#79317]

Join Tiffany Benecke as a trained leader in this Active Living Every Day workshop. This 12 week long series of classes designed to help you become more active. You will be given the tools, encouragement and more to improve your quality of life. Class sessions are on Mondays, September 18 to December 4 in The Sedona Room from 1 to 2 pm.

This workshop is FREE! You will receive a pedometer and other awesome incentives. A light snack will be provided in class.
