Pima County Public Library: Wellness 101

Want to get healthier, but need some help getting started? Participants will learn about Nutrition, Exercise, Illness Prevention, and Mindfulness practices from a Senior Health Educator.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact through built-in activities and a Q&A session. Those who participate will receive an official certificate of completion as well as materials and resources from the Health Department.

Registration is not required, but encouraged to ensure we have enough materials for everyone.
