Willow Bend Environmental Education Center: Nature Journaling

Nature Journaling can help with mindfulness and noticing the world around us. It can be both a relaxing experience and a way to explore. In a world where we spend more and more time in front of screens, it can be helpful to take time away, using physical materials, to notice the seasons, plants, and wildlife around us. This class will focus on making a nature journal and using it to practice nature mindfulness throughout the changing seasons. All materials provided.
