Summit Hut Volunteer Day!
We’re heading out to the Rillito with our friends at Summit Hut for a special cleanup event—and you’re invited! Join us in beautifying this beloved stretch of The Loop as we remove trash and tackle small patches of invasive Arundo.
This event is perfect for all ages and activity levels, with an easily accessible location near The Loop—great for arriving by bike or on foot. Your efforts will help stop the spread of Arundo, improve the health of the riparian habitat, and keep this community space clean and thriving.
To make it even better, Summit Hut is generously gifting Cotopaxi waist packs to the first 30 volunteers as a thank you for your hard work!
We’ll provide all the tools and supplies you need, but feel free to bring your own gloves, water bottle, and loppers if you have them.
