Tucson Botanical Gardens: Mushroom Cultivation Workshop

In this 2-hour workshop instructor Chad Borseth will discuss the role fungi and mushrooms play in our ecology and go over cultivation and propagation techniques.

We also will discuss the many benefits of fungi to the garden and gardener alike. Participants will have the opportunity to create and take home a grow bag of oyster mushrooms, with the know how to keep them going all season long.

This class is intended as an easy approachable guide to growing edible mushrooms at home without spending $$$ on equipment.
