Explore a variety of seed harvesting and processing techniques and tools.
We will clean and process many kinds of seeds. We will learn about the importance of saving seeds in our communities for food sovereignty, genetic diversity and cultural reasons. Participants will take home seeds of each variety to plant in their own gardens.
