Town of Gilbert: Gon’ Fishing at the Riparian Preserve

Join us in hands-on learning the ins and outs of fishing at the Riparian Preserve!
Registered participants will learn the essentials of fishing, from assembling a fishing pole to reeling in their best catch of the day. This class will guide participants through the foundational skills needed for day of fishing.
Participants will learn about the following:
- Tacklebox items
- Basic fishing knots
- Baits and their uses
- Releasing your catch
Participants are welcome to bring their own personal fishing gear
One fishing pole will be provided per registered participant.
Borrowed gear must be returned by the end of the clinic.
