Town of Gilbert: Bonanza LEGO Movie Makers! STEM & Creativity Camp [#37307]

Age at least 6 yrs but less than 14 yrs

LEGO and Movie Making come together in one exciting camp! Start off by building LEGO creations inspired by your favorite characters or ones of your own and then bring them to life with Stop Motion Animation to make your own short LEGO Movies! Camp will challenge students to develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while they learn STEM concepts and show off their creativity. Stop Motion Animation lessons are taught using Apple iPads and on apps you can download at home, so the fun can continue after camp is over. Students should bring a water bottle and a small snack and leave their own LEGOS and iPads at home. All other supplies are provided. Animation projects and movies may be made available for parents after camp, but otherwise there are no take-home projects.
