Town of Gilbert: Arizona Science Center Arctic Adventures

This Winter Break, campers will explore how animals stay dry and warm in icy habitats, and build their own mini igloos.

They’ll discover how Arctic peoples used snow goggles to protect their eyes from the sun’s glare and put their creativity to the test by engineering and racing sleds. Through hands-on challenges, games, and winter-themed activities, campers will uncover the science, survival skills, and wonders of life in cold-weather environments.
